I love this bag! It comfortably holds my Rebel T3 and a zoom lens with room for a charger, batteries, accessories, and small personal items like my cell phone and keys. It's exactly what I wanted for an everyday camera bag. It has a padded insert that attaches with velcro to the back and bottom to keep it in place. The bag zips around the top inside of the flap, so the internal compartment is completely enclosed with water resistant canvas. I wouldn't want to risk dropping the bag in a lake, but I would feel safe getting caught out in the rain with it.
Also, I really love the look of this bag. It's so different from all of the other (ugly!) camera bags in this price range. In fact it doesn't really look like a camera bag at all. The color is a little more olive drab than it appears in photos, which is a good thing, especially if you like the look of vintage military items. It's suitable for a girl or a boy, and it's definitely more stylish than anything else I've seen for less than $100. The strap is adjustable and can be lengthened to wear the bag in a cross-body messenger style.
This is the perfect bag for traveling semi-light with a DSLR. It's secure enough for everyday activities, is very reasonably priced, and is much more stylish than a cheap ugly camera bag.
I was looking for a camera bag that wasn't made of nylon and didn't look like everything else on the market. The bag also had to be functional and keep my camera safe as well. This bag has been perfect for me thus far.
It is roomy enough on the inside to hold my Olympus E-PL2 with the 14-42mm lens attached, in addition to my 40-150 lens in a protective case, various filters for both and accessories, AND my iPad 2. The zipped closure around the top of the bag is perfect for when my stuff needs extra protection, or it can be left unzipped for quick and easy access. The inside pockets provide great organization for smaller items, and the two outside pockets take the place of my wallet when I'm out and about with my camera. I stuff my iPhone in the back pocket, and I'm ready for a day of picture taking.
The shoulder strap is solid, comfortable enough, and can be adjusted to be worn as over your shoulder or as a body-sling type. I am not currently using the included camera/gadget bag as personally it takes up too much room and I'd rather use my own protective cases--but I can see where the camera/gadget bag would be very handy to some.
All in all, I love this bag. It's the perfect bag for me and my needs.
